Breakfast is served buffet, dinner is served at the table for customers who choose treatment of half board with a choice menu between meat and fish dishes.

Stella marina is also a la carte restaurant. The menu, directly arranged by our chef, offers dishes from traditional Livorno cousine revisited in a contemporary way, with fish and vegetarian proposals.

I grew up in the countryside running among olive trees, tomato huts and chickens; discovering the true flavors of the territory.
